About the Business
Our Destination Management services form the core of our business. Together with our destination experts, our sales and account management teams generate business by partnering with our customers (Tour Operators, Travel Agencies) to shape exciting itineraries suited to their traveler's needs. We take care of everything from ground support, hotel bookings, sightseeing, restaurants, and local guides; all while providing 24/7 customer support so that travelers from over 50 countries can enjoy memorable travel experiences worry-free.
About the Role We are currently offering an effective generalist HR Support for all Managers & Employees in the Rome office.
The candidate will:
Be responsible for the Recruitment, Employee Experience and HRIS function in Italy.This role reports directly to the HR Executive.Key Activities: HR Recruitment and onboarding Creates job advertisements according to recruitment needs and manages job portals accordingly.Ensures efficient recruitment according to department needs.Manages recruitment processes where relevant (CV selection, phone screens, interview coordination with dept. managers, job offer confirmation, new employee preparations, etc.).Creates and sends offer letters to newcomers.Manages the Induction training for all newcomers with the necessary support from the HR Executive.Manages HR recruitment reporting for statistics when necessary.Employee experience Sends internal communications on local HR topics.Keeps up to date with special initiatives such as birthdays and anniversaries recognitions.Organizes the onboarding events monthly.Keeps the HR SharePoint appealing and up to date.Provides support to employees & managers on employee lifecycle activities, from recruitment to offboarding, including working permit administration.Guarantees a satisfactory employee experience.Answers employee queries when needed.HRIS/Workday/Reports (as second step) Responsible for Workday accuracy.Undertakes all administration tasks relevant to HR on Workday.Uploads each employee's contract and personal documents into their WD personal file.Checks the time off administration and makes any required adjustments.Assists team managers and employees on Workday general usage.Responsible for downloading HR reports from the HRIS, manipulating them as needed, and distributing them to relevant parties.HR Projects Provides support to the HR Manager where required.
