We take care of everything from ground support, hotel bookings, sightseeing, restaurants, and local guides; all while providing 24/7 customer support so that travelers from over 50 countries can enjoy memorable travel experiences worry free.About the RoleWe are currently offering an effective generalist HR Support for all Managers & Employees in Rome office.The candidate will:Be responsible for the Recruitment, Employee Experience and HRIS function in Italy.This role reports directly to the HR Executive.Key Activities:HR Recruitment and onboardingCreates job advertisements according to recruitment needs and manage job portals accordinglyEnsures the efficient recruitment according to department needsManages recruitment processes where relevant (CV selection, phone screens, interview coordination with dept.
managers, job offer confirmation, new employee preparations etc.
)Creates and sends offer letter to the newcomersManages the Induction training for all newcomers with the necessary support from the HR ExecutiveManages HR recruitment reporting for statistics when necessaryEmployee experienceSend internal communications on local HR topicsKeeps up to date special initiatives such as birthdays and anniversaries recognitionsOrganizes the onboarding events monthlyKeeps the HR Sharepoint appealing and up to dateProvides support to employees & managers on employee lifecycle activities, from recruitment to offboarding, including working permit administration.Guarantee a satisfactory employee experience.Answer employees queries when needed.HRIS/Workday/Reports (as second step)· Responsible for Workday accuracy· Undertake all administration task relevant to HR on Workday· Uploads each employee's contract and personal documents into their WD personal file· Check the time off administration and make any required adjustments· Assist team managers and employees on Workday general usage· Responsible for downloading HR reports from the HRIS, manipulating them as needed, and distributing them to relevant parties.HR ProjectsProvides the support to the HR Manager where requiredEssential:Passionate and willing to develop in the HR functionExperience working with an HR Information System, ideally WorkdayMaster Degree qualification is a plusAbility to plan, prioritize and deliver multiple tasks simultaneouslyPositive, "can do", flexible attitude Fluent in Italian and English written and spoken Home based in RomeBenefits:Opportunity to work in an international environmentLearn from industry professionals and expand your professional networkDiverse & Inclusive cultureOpportunities to learn & grow6 months Internship ( € 800,00 monthly)
