Your responsibilities include: Supporting our properties in the recruitment process by providing them regular updates. Assist the team with CV pre-screening, telephone screening, and providing feedback to candidates. Coordinating candidate interviews with Managers. Advertising vacancies on our website and various recruitment channels. Managing the company's employee database and preparing reports. Assisting in developing organizational guidelines and procedures. Supporting the team coordinating employee development plans and performance management.
