Hr Specialist

What is the job about? We are seeking an HR Specialist to join our team. With the acquisition of Culligan Commercial & Industrial in Italy, France, and the UK in September 2024, we have expanded our water treatment portfolio to meet the diverse needs of industries, ensuring superior water quality and efficient solutions combined with Grundfos' world-renowned capabilities in pump technology. This powerful combination will offer even greater benefits to our customers.
In this position, you will support the payroll and recruiting activities.
Specifically, you will be involved in the following activities: Recording of timesheets, checking/balancing of data and management of any irregularities Creation of employee master data in the management system Management of illnesses, maternity, injuries, leaves of absence Management of hiring files, transformation and termination of employment relationships Support in recruitment activities We imagine that you have: BSc in Labour Consultancy and/or related Excellent knowledge of the office package, especially Excel Good use of main IT tools such as e-mail and main search engines Good knowledge of English Strong analytical skills, precision, organisation and confidentiality complete the profile What's in it for you?
