By embracing diversity, we believe science can achieve its fullest potential.THE ROLEYou'd be working in a multi-disciplinary group, where people with different backgrounds collaborate, each with their own expertise, to support the research.The Human Capital and Organization Directorate is coordinated by Mr. Marco Monga.Within the team, your main responsibilities will be:Support the full recruitment life cycle for different positions, from junior to senior roles (e.g.
job requirements analysis, talent pool definition, candidates onboarding, etc.
);Sourcing potential candidates and attracting top talents through online channels (e.g.
social media and professional networks) using innovative methodologies and tools;Drawing up job descriptions and posting job openings on different social media, job boards, or other recruitment channels;Taking part, together with the team, in different events such as job fairs, conferences, and career events;Support the planning of online and offline interviews and Assessment Center group meetings;Reviewing candidates' applications using the Applicant Tracking System;Support the implementation of interview techniques and align them to the role's requirements and IIT culture;Collaborate with HR Partners and HR team members on different projects and ordinary activities.ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTSA Master's or Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Social Science, or similar;Accuracy and good analytical skills;English is a must, at least a B2 level; other languages are considered a plus;Good time and priority management;A cooperative approach with stakeholders.ADDITIONAL SKILLSPrevious experience in the HR function of a complex matrix organization, recruitment agency, or consultancy firm;Sourcing experience by using traditional and non-traditional sources like databases, networks, job boards, and social media;Strong problem-solving attitude with spirit of innovation and creativity;High motivation to learn;Ability to work collaboratively in a highly interdisciplinary and multicultural environment;Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.COMPENSATION PACKAGECompetitive salary package for international standards (salary will include bonus option);Private health care coverage depending on your role and contract.Two days of teleworking per week and flexible working hours are available for certain roles.Candidate holding a bachelor's or master's degree who have not been resident in Italy in the last 3 years and move back to Italy to start any work activity, and meet specific requirements, can benefit from a 50% deduction on their income.Please submit your application using the online form and including a detailed CV.Application's deadline: January 31st, 2025.OrganizationHuman Capital and Organization Directorate #J-18808-Ljbffr
