YOUR TEAM You'd be working in a multi-disciplinary group, where people with different backgrounds collaborate, each with their own expertise, to support the research.
The Human Capital and Organization Directorate is coordinated by Mr. Marco Monga.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Take care of the people lifecycle through all the work-related bureaucratic and administrative procedures for EU and non-EU employees and collaborators.
Implement and maintain the ERP management systems for Personnel data collection (SAP) and extract data and manage the reports needed to complete HR tasks.
Support the IIT Staff (including Researchers, Employees, Guest Students, Affiliates, Internships, Work Experiences and School-Work Experience) in the management of HR processes and issues.
Manage administrative paperwork and obligations related to workers performing their activities in foreign countries (expatriates).
Collaborate with the colleagues of the Human Capital and Organization Directorate to complete and facilitate all internal processes and perform other related duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS A Master or Bachelor Degree in Economics or Law disciplines or Foreign Languages (English focused).
Previous experience of at least 2 years in middle and large sites HR departments or labor consultancy firms.
Accuracy and good analytical skills.
Fluent knowledge of the English language.
Good time and priority management.
A cooperative approach with stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving attitude with spirit of innovation and creativity.
High motivation to learn.
Ability to work collaboratively in a highly interdisciplinary and multicultural environment.
