We have opportunities for career growth through our diverse businesses which manufacture and service many well-recognized brands.Job SummaryReporting to the HR Country Leader, the Senior HR Generalist will focus on HR processes for multiple plants in Northern Italy including different legal entities and provide local partnership and advice to the local business leaders, while working in close collaboration with the other HR team members.
The role will be based in Vignate, with business travel as required to other plants, and and will supervise 2 resources.Responsibilities and dutiesExecute HR plans, processes and programs aligned with business objectives and overall HR strategy;Contribute to the development of a local business strategy, its implementation and communication through translation into measurable functional and individual objectives.
Develop and maintain the local HR policies.
Ensure that HR practices and policies comply with statutory/government regulations;Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.Provide local support during annual processes such as PMP (Performance management process), Development Planning, Compensation Planning cycle, Employee Engagement; Support local managers in Organizational design; Collaborate with and provide counsel and coaching to local leadership and managers, individual contributors, other HR team members on critical issues impacting the business and /or work environment to make sure these get resolved and to drive continuous improvement.
Monitor the correct application of labor law, CCNL rules and manage disciplinary/litigation procedures.Supervise the Talent Acquisition, Training /& Development, Engagement processesSupport Mergers & Acquisitions HR related activities and relevant change managementManage internal communicationRequirements and skillsDegree in business, organizational development, human resources or other related field or equivalent experience.Fluent English3 to 8 years progressive HR experienceDemonstrated experience in HR operations combined with a working knowledge and application of compensation, recruitment, performance management.Experience in coaching and mentoring leaders and teams to achieve success.Prior experience working within a complex matrix organizationKnowledge and experience in organizational development, team dynamics, leading and inspiring change in and throughout the organizationStrong communication skills for building trust and relationships – listening, confrontation, situational leadership & coachingCreativity and initiative with follow throughDrive for results with the ability to balance needs/ interests/demands and work in alignment with the objectives of multiple stakeholdersTravel & Work Arrangements/RequirementsRole based in Vignate and travel required to other company sites in northern ItalyWhat we offer:Dynamic international working environmentSmart Working Policy and flexible working timeEquity Grant programWelfare programInternal canteenLinkedin learning access
