At Safeguard Global, we are currently looking to add another HR Service Manager to our established UK and Ireland operation due to organic business growth!
This is a great opportunity to get involved at an exciting point in our development, as we continue to increase our global footprint, onboard new clients and new workers!
The role will sit within our Global Employment Outsourcing (GEO) business unit.
GEO was set up over ten years ago to assist clients by providing a solution to hire into a country where they have no legal entity set up.
Due to accelerated growth in the EMEA region, our team in the UK require additional HR expertise to manage the client and worker relationships.
As part of your role, you will:
Be the face of the UK/Ireland to clients and workers, assisting with their day to day queries Work with our internal teams, including salesand onboarding, to ensure the best in class customer journey when onboarding new workers Provide support to internal consultants who are working with clients and workers on ad hoc queries such as holiday entitlement, expense queries, benefits administration etc Work to provide solutions to the business to make the UK/Ireland market a leader in their field.
This will include making recommendations on future operations that may benefit the business such as VISA sponsorship, new benefits available to market etc Support in the day-to-day team management of a team of Administrators working to support the UK/Ireland operation.
This will include participation in daily huddles and advising on personal development.
What you will need:
You must have demonstrable experience of HR, underpinned by a degree or equivalent certification.
Experience of managing TUPE transfer, either in or out Ability to work in a fast paced environment Experience in advising on complicated Employment Relations Issues Focused on results, ability to manage priorities and respect deadlines Great communication and interpersonal relations with managers and employees of different disciplines and cultures At Safeguard Global, we are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and Guardians.
