Hr Recruiting & Communication Internship (M/F)

We are looking for an intern for our Human Resources Team for at least 6 months.
You will help to manage the entire recruiting process of our internships in Bolzano and Montebelluna and give a hand in the internal communication related to HR and personnel topics.
**Tasks and responsibilities**
- Support in the management of all internships (recruiting, administration, onboarding, follow up)
- Assist in the internal communication related to HR and personnel topics (preparation of texts/news, translations, upload of news on the intranet)
- Help in updating the Group's org charts
- Support in the preparation of the welcome kits for new employees
- Establishment and maintenance of collaboration and contact with universities and high schools
- Assist in the organization and participation at the several career days
- General support in various HR projects/administrative tasks (company events, update of HR software with employee data, etc.
)
**Profile**
- University student or degree in economics or related fields
- First working experience is considered an advantage
- Excellent German skills, very good Italian and English skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to work in a team
- Standard Excel, Word and Outlook competences
