This includes third party platforms related to the company's statutory and corporate benefits administrationResolves end to end complex requests in the areas of global and local processes, policies and systemsProvides expertise on global and local HR processes to the business and teams across the HR Model including escalations, policy/process interpretation and decision making (in alignment with country specific roles & responsibilities).Proactively identifies opportunity areas for process simplifications & improvements.Supports global and local Continuous Improvement initiatives. Conducts quarterly/yearly activities to ensure data quality Works closely with Business partners & Data Quality Team to identify root causes and fix the issues.Initiates and supports capability building, process and system coaching & upskilling incl. providing trainings.
