HR PLANT GENERALIST
a diretto riporto e a supporto del Hr Manager.
**JOB PURPOSE**
- Provide HR support to the plant / production area to meet the business needs and contribute to the growth and success of the Company;
**JOB DETAILS**
The job holder should:
- Create and manage an high performance organization culture within the production area GW ( Guide Lineari, assi) and BS ( Viti), working with all levels of operators and employees: production manager, team leader and all level of operators
- To follow the implementation of performance management processes in line with company policy and guidelines
- Support the delivery of key initiatives to support the organization need:
- Prepare and monitor the new entry induction plans;
- Analyze competencies gap and design focused training and development programs both for operators;
- In agreement with the HR manager, support the compliance with local employment legislation for operators, the compliance with internal rules and manage lawsuit when required;
- Provide day to day generalist employment law and company policy advice to managers and employees
- Active participation in the processing of discipline and grievance issues from investigation through to final outcome
- Reduce and maintain targets for company absence
- Build strong relationship with operators, team leader in production area and provide them with accurate feedback, coaching and support;
- Deliver training courses as required to operators, ensuring all mandatory training for dg.ls 81.
- Working with RPSS in order to put in place the convenient operator's behaviors to do activities in alignment with H&S rules
- Support salary proposals and comunicate to HR manager salary increase request

**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
**Education and Qualification(s)**
Bachelor degree
**Experience**
Minimum 3 / 5 years of experience in HR positions **in a plant or production / process environment**
**Industrial business background preferred**
**Language(s) & level**:
Fluency in English
