**HR PAYROLL Specialist/ANALYST**:
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
**EDUCATION**:
- Bachelor's degree in HR administration/Economics/Business administration or a related field.
**BACKGROUND**:
- At least 5 years of experience in payroll process and personnel administration in medium sized companies or labour consultant firm
- Experience in payroll and personnel administration in international environnement will be highly valued.
**RESPONSABILITIES**:
- Coordinate personnel administration activities in compliance with local regulations (i.e.
funds, insurances, pension plans, social security, etc) but also with foreign regulations
- Coordinate the monthly payroll cycle with the external payroll provider, ensuring correct payment of salaries and variables
- Check employees' monthly attendance and collaborate with external payroll ensuring an accurate processing of payslips accordingly.
- Update and maintain personnel documentation and data in personnel folders and HR System
- Provide accurate and timely HR reports and analysis
- Participate to HR initiatives implemented by the team
**REQUIREMENTS OR TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES**:
- In-depth understanding of labor laws and payroll activities
- Solid understanding of payroll best practices
- Fluent in English (at least B2 level) and in Italian, both written and verbal.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, expecially Excel, and ability to create detailed charts and spreadsheets
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High energy, organizational skills and capability towork as part of a team with different functions but also indipendently.
