Are you ready to join a passionate and motivated HR Team? We are looking for an HR Payroll Specialist to join Danfoss Human Resources Team in Italy.
You will support your colleague in the implementation of the rules and procedures relating to the administrative management of the employment relationship and the reports associated with it.
Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Administrative activities related to the management of the employee life cycle.Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses, etc. with assistance from a computer system.Administer statements of payment to personnel either electronically or on paper.Keep track of hour rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information, etc.Address questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors.Support the HR Generalist within the documentation related to the Learning & Development field.Minimum RequirementsEducational Background in Administration, Economy, Law, or equivalent culture.Previous experience in a similar role, gained in multinational medium-structured companies.Strong knowledge of Excel.Previous experience with Zucchetti is a plus.Good knowledge of the English language (written & spoken).Danfoss – Engineering TomorrowAt Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.
