Key job responsibilitiesSupport leaders at your site on HR mattersSupport the implementation of new policies that improve associate engagement and the working environmentDevelop communication plans and initiatives to support managers with site briefs and any bulk or site-wide announcementsTake the lead on implementing and progressing HR projectsCollect and analyse data that can help drive new HR policies and plansA day in the life
You'll be based in an Amazon Delivery Station and will be the main representative to the Operations leadership at your location. You'll work flexibly with colleagues in different areas of the business to work towards making Amazon Earth's best employer, from carrying out new business-wide programmes to assisting with employee relations. No two days are the same as an HR Partner. You'll help create a positive atmosphere for your Associates and will assist in resolving complex Associate queries.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONSA degreeRelevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environmentAdvanced proficiency in verbal and written EnglishRelevant experience in analysing data and creating reports for leadershipRelevant experience in working with and protecting confidential and sensitive HR informationPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSPreferred qualifications are not required to apply for a position at Amazon.
