You'll work flexibly with colleagues in different areas of the business to work towards making Amazon Earth's best employer, from carrying out new business-wide programmes to assisting with employee relations.

You'll help create a positive atmosphere for your Associates and will assist in resolving complex Associate queries.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSA degreeRelevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environmentAdvanced proficiency in verbal and written EnglishRelevant experience in analysing data and creating reports for leadershipRelevant experience in working with and protecting confidential and sensitive HR informationPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSPreferred qualifications are not required to apply for a position at Amazon.
