Key Responsibilities and Activities Analysis and Diagnosis: Provide detailed analysis of the current organizational structure, including benchmarking and gap analysis.
Operating Model implementation: Support the cascading and implementation of new operating models designed across functions, interacting with multiple stakeholders.
Training Development: Support the development of training content for the internal HR Academy, collaborating with external SMEs as necessary.
Change Management Support: Contribute to ensuring the success and adoption of capability building and transformational projects through communication, training and engagement.
Support HRBPs: Assist HRBPs in identifying opportunities for organizational improvements in line with business objectives and new technologies.
Business Effectiveness Dashboard: Help design and track the Business Effectiveness dashboard with the People Analytics team.
Strategic Workforce Planning: Support the Strategic Workforce Planning process, prioritizing capability building blocks and managing organizational mapping.
Process Improvement: Work on selected initiatives related to process mapping and improvement.
Documentation Management: Manage the document repository of OD for the organization.
Required Qualifications Educational Background: Current student or recent graduate in Management Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or pursuing a Master's in HR.
Skills: Proficiency in Excel and quantitative analysis.
Knowledge of main functions and processes inside a global matrix organization (what talent acquisition, tax, and treasury do for instance, etc.).
Experience: Understanding of how organizational structure and collaboration models work and interact.
Previous internship experience in consulting is highly welcomed.
Personal Traits: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
