About the Role: The candidate we are looking HR Organization & Processes for will support the HR Organisation & Processes structure in the preparation and development of organisation and analysis of internal processes, ensuring constant updating on dedicated HR Information Systems. He/she will report to the Head of the Organisation Function and interface with the members of the Trevi Group Teams.
Activities: Support HR Organization & Processes in the preparation and development of organizational hypotheses and analysis of internal processes.  Update organisation charts and structures on dedicated HR information systems. Support HR Management in defining job descriptions for new positions, integrating organisational requirements with those of line managers. Support HR Organisation & Processes in ensuring consistency in the use of tools supporting the company (. job description, job title, by providing reporting Requirements: Degree in economics/legal sciences or degree in management engineering Good knowledge of English (at least B2) Master's degree in HR Management (Plus) Knowledge of Office Package, Oracle HCM (Plus)  Knowledge of key HR processes  Reporting skills The candidate we are looking for has a strong passion for HR issues, curiosity and dedication to work. Working experience of one / two years in the HR area or recent graduate.
