**About this role**:
In this role, you will be responsible for diverse operational activities in the HR department.
Beyond day-to-day work, we also offer plenty of growth and development opportunities within the role!
After successful integration, you may be offered to also participate in tasks such as long-term human resources projects as assigned, corporate wellness program initiatives, occupational Health & Safety Operations and development/ implementation of local HR procedures/regulations and technology.
**These are some of the key ingredients to the role**:
- Support the full employee cycle: personnel administration and employment documentation (hiring, job change, termination, etc.
), assisting in solving general employment issues at a local level and escalating issues as needed;
- Maintain personnel files and related documents in compliance with company policies and government regulations.
This responsibility includes both manual and electronic file maintenance;
- Handle administration related to the HR Information systems - we use Workday and other top-notch technologies!
- Handle confidential information in a professional manner, respecting privacy while maintaining company confidentiality;
- Drive HR data management including data uploads, data audits, data cleansing, to continuously improve HR data quality;
- Work on process improvements together with your colleagues, HR Business Partners, HR Administrator, Payroll and Recruitment;
- Interact with various levels of management, vendors, and Associates.
**What will you bring to the table?
**
- Work experience in HR Administration - 2+ years;
- Familiarity with Workday or experience with other HR systems;
- Solid knowledge about Italian labor law;
- Strong organizational and outstanding administrative skills (accuracy & efficiency);
- Full proficiency in English, additional languages such as Spanish - an advantage
- Flexibility, proactiveness, and ability to work in a dynamic and changing work environment;
- Ability to solve HR related questions and problems, using sound judgment and your network;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to relate well to employees and senior management;
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
