MEININGER Hotels is looking for an HR Operations Partner (f/m/d) for 9 months only. This function will serve as the primary contact for all questions regarding payroll, benefits, HR administration, and HR policies and procedures.
YOUR TASKS Manage full employee lifecycle processes, including contracts, amendments, terminations, and visa requirements.Ensure accurate data input and updates across HR platforms (HRIS, T&A, DMS) to maintain data quality.Respond to daily HR queries and requests via internal systems (e.g., Freshservice, Outlook).Prepare and input payroll data (e.g., sickness, holidays, surcharges) and ensure timely payroll delivery in line with payroll schedules.Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Line Managers) and external partners (payroll provider, pension, and insurance) for smooth payroll processing.Liaise with local authorities for HR declarations (work accidents, health insurance, mobility).Assist in advising stakeholders on employee relations and management issues.Ensure compliance with local regulations, particularly Italian labor laws, and update processes accordingly.YOUR PROFILE Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant HR experience in a fast-paced, professional environment.Working knowledge of HRM systems and tools.Solid experience in employee lifecycle management from orientation to termination. International HR experience appreciated.Familiar with European employment law and best practice with focus and profound knowledge of Italian legislation and Italy's social security system.Preferably a bachelor's/master's degree in HR-related studies, a commercial or administrative apprenticeship as alternative qualification.Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.Native Italian speaker, with strong proficiency in English (Spanish or French is a plus).YOUR APPLICATION We are enthusiastic hosts as diverse as our guests.
