Description: Main activities:
Contribute to HRIS improvements and development of new modules, including coordination of IT change control requests; Run reports to pursue the data cleansing effort (i.e. KPI reports) and to update other databases (i.e. for Finance forecasting purpose); Harmonize, integrate and simplify HR Data Management; Reconcile data errors and ensure high data quality; Liaise with HR Business Partners and HR Administration; Streamline and improve current HRIS processes; Be the "go to" person for Workday in the company: train the HR community and other stakeholders; Requirements: Working experience: 2+ years of experience working in a matrix-based organization structure; Education: Master's degree in Business Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or another related discipline; Knowledge: Basic knowledge of Employee data; Basic knowledge in SAP reporting, manipulating data sets and building statistical models; Analytical skills, ability to think strategically and rapidly analyze, interpret, and integrate data information from multiple sources; Experience in data curation; data acquisition, cleaning, and management; data interpretation and analysis; and data presentation and communication; Expert user of Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel, PowerPoint, etc.; User of data visualization apps such as Power BI, Dataiku, etc.; Personal traits: Integrity and ability to maintain strict confidentiality of company and employee information; Personal resilience and ability to oversee and deliver across multiple tasks, countries, and deadlines; Ability to create followership and to influence key HR team members across borders in order to deliver collective performance; Ability to work, where required, in cross-functional project management mode; Cultural openness and availability to frequent travels across Europe (up to 10% of the time in non-pandemic times); Language: Italian fluent; English fluent; French (will be considered a plus); At Thales Alenia Space we provide CAREERS and not only jobs.
