General Description of the Role The intern will support the local HR Operations team in managing processes for the Group functions in an internship designed to provide a ° understanding of major HR processes with a generalist and operational approach.
Mission/Objectives Local Talent Acquisition Activities: Conduct intake meetings with managers, post job openings, screen CVs, and interview interns and contingent workers.
Internship Management: Write PFI documents, maintain relationships with universities and external suppliers, and perform document checks.
Pre-Hiring Activities: Collect necessary documents, handle mandatory communications, and follow up on internal processes.
Onboarding Activities: Welcome new Camparistas, assist them during their first days, organize visits to Galleria Campari and Mixology classes, and foster a sense of community among new hires.
HR Tools Management: Support the management of HR tools and ensure the accuracy of employee data within systems.
Employee Relations: Assist in handling inquiries and issues, ensuring a positive and supportive work environment.
HR Reporting and Analytics: Prepare reports on HR metrics, such as hiring trends, employee turnover.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements, assisting in maintaining compliance documentation.
Experience & Education Master's degree in Economics, Law, Psychology, or a similar field.
HR specialization is a strong plus.
International experience is considered a plus.
