Position Description We are looking for a highly reliable, hard-working HR Intern, who will support different departments in handling HR processes.
HR Onboarding Specialist responsibilities include:
Communicating company and position details to new hires before their start date Gathering the necessary paperwork and scheduling first days Creating a knowledge base (guidelines) for each company's department Liaising with the supervisors of each department to create the content that will go in the knowledge base Redesigning Siciliamia onboarding process and courses Assisting with the first CV screening of potential candidates Writing job descriptions This internship takes place in Sicily from January/February 2025 for 3 up to 9 months.
Requirements Familiarity with HR processes & methods Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbally Highly organized and detail-oriented Flexibility and Adaptability Customer service-oriented Team spirit Responsibilities of the HR Intern Create guidelines for the company's departments Improve the company's onboarding courses and process Distribute manuals, passwords and guidelines, as needed Ensure new hires have technical assistance to properly set up their hardware and software Inform employees and interns on their first tasks (e.g.
