Position Description We are looking for a highly reliable, hard-working HR Intern, who will support different departments in handling HR processes.
HR Onboarding Specialist responsibilities include:
Communicating company and position details to new hires before their start dateGathering the necessary paperwork and scheduling first daysCreating a knowledge base (guidelines) for each company's departmentLiaising with the supervisors of each department to create the content that will go in the knowledge baseRedesigning Siciliamia onboarding process and coursesAssisting with the first CV screening of potential candidatesWriting job descriptionsThis internship takes place in Sicily from January/February 2025 for 3 up to 9 months. RequirementsFamiliarity with HR processes & methodsExcellent communication skills in English, both written and verballyHighly organized and detail-orientedFlexibility and AdaptabilityCustomer service-orientedTeam spiritResponsibilities of the HR Intern Create guidelines for the company's departmentsImprove the company's onboarding courses and processDistribute manuals, passwords and guidelines, as neededEnsure new hires have technical assistance to properly set up their hardware and softwareInform employees and interns on their first tasks (e.g.
