**Tasks and Qualifications**:
- Managing the annual performance assessment process and goals setting.
- Personalized initiatives to improve the employee experience and engagement.
- Analysis and reporting on personnel
- Training programs
- Daily activities about the management of employees
- Promote our values
- Collaborate with Manager and EMEA HR BP
- Work on new internal projects
**Who are we looking for?**
- A lot of spirit of initiative, enthusiasm and curiosity about HR environment
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law or comparable studies
- At least 5-8 years of experience in the same role
- Excellent knowledge of the Office suite, especially **Excel**
- **HR Generalist experience will be a plus**
- Very good knowledge of English and Italian languages. It's mandatory
- Experience with Workday will be a plus
- Excellent ability to interact with stakeholders, both talent and business.
- Conceptually strong, set the right priorities when multitasking and can withstand the deadline pressure of a fast-paced environment.
- Strong social skills, you know how to convince people at all levels, both internally and externally, and to assert yourself when necessary.
