Highest standards of advanced technology is combined with exquisite formulations and elegant packaging, elevating skincare to art.How you will create a beautiful impact:Ensure all HR global HR processes and Guidelines are properly implemented.Lead the HR business strategy in areas such as Talent Development, Leadership, Performance, Total Reward, Retention, Organisational Design, Diversity Inclusion and Succession Planning.Responsible for all day-to-day operations of the HR duties in the Italian affiliate.Implement the Employer branding strategy.Support payroll processes and analysis.Ownership of personnel costs budget (annual budget and forecast).Legal and Labour relations effective management.Provide day to day coaching and performance management guidance.Manage HR Policies, programs, and procedures in accordance with local employment law and specific operational priorities.Execute learning and development programs ensuring talent development plans.Manage culture, Internal Communications DI projects.Develop welfare policies.Identify continuous improvement opportunities for HR processes and practices.Foster HR process metrics.Qualifications/Requirements:University degree in Psychology/Economics/HR or similar background.At least 8 years' experience in HR.Experience in leading teams.Strong operational skills strategic thinking, with capability to negotiate.Strong analytical skills.Excellence communication skills and ability to influence and network with external and internal business partners - across functions, with regional/global stakeholders.Fluent in English (C1) and Italian.At La Prairie we work on creating a diverse inclusive culture by having a balanced population and an open, safe, trusting and accepting culture.
