Responsibilities Analyses, develops, and challenges the organizational structure in line with company policies and matrix organization Develops job descriptions and success maps for new roles and ensures current job descriptions are updated Assists with the recruiting process by posting job ads, pre-selecting candidates, and participating in interviews Reviews and implements a clear induction process in line with global guidelines Develops ideas to brand the local entity as an employer of choice and recruits interns from universities or schools Implements a local HR strategy based on the Global HR Strategy Reviews global survey results, develops actions with local management, and ensures follow-through Ensures performance appraisal process is in place and managers are prepared for them Reviews workforce capability and develops a process to improve skills and competencies Promotes training opportunities and develops local e-learning in line with global guidelines Develops and reviews training concepts, selects training providers and coaches Supports MD in personnel development initiatives and Corporate HR Strategy Participates in staff planning, requirements discussion, and budgeting process with MD Develops the role of a mediator in the organization for disputes between staff Skills required
Technical Competence: Minimum 3 years of experience in employment law, personnel development, organizational planning & development, recruitment, change management, and training from an international company; Degree in Human Resources preferred Language skills: Italian or Spanish as mother tongue, high level of English, and Italian or Spanish skills Personality: passionate, empathetic, decisive, humble, willing to listen, reflect, learn, and grow, courageous, ethical, inspiring, resilient, creative, can-do attitude, balances power and responsibility, reliable, accountable, visionary Functional & general competence: Able to deal with complexity, applicable functional expertise, required language skills, good understanding of finance, readiness to learn, digital affinity Communications Skills: Skilled in communicating with a broad spectrum of people, all levels of management, builds trust quickly, open and inclusive style, constructive in meetings, good listening and mediation skills Intercultural awareness: Ability to deal with intercultural teams Process improvement: Encourages questioning the status quo, identifies areas for process improvement, embraces change willingly Availability for travel: 1 week per month to either Milan or Barcelona, occasional travel to Germany and France for HR conferences and meetings What you can expect
