HR Manager Assa Abloy Entrance Systems ItalyAssa Abloy Entrance Systems Italy is looking for an HR manager that can support the local organization on strategic and operational projects taking care of all HR processes.Our local HR manager is a pillar for the local organization in terms of supporting cultural change and improvement.
It's also part of the supervisory board to ensure all regulations and compliance requirements are met within the Italian legal entity.The role reports directly to the local General Manager.Main Responsibilities:Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall Assa Abloy Entrance Systems StrategyBridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issuesManaging the recruitment and selection processSupporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capitalDeveloping and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems (GPS), tactics, and procedures across the organizationNurturing a positive working environmentOverseeing and managing the performance appraisal system that drives high performanceMaintaining pay plan and benefits programAssessing and organizing training sessions locally and ensuring the deployment of international training programsEnsuring legal compliance throughout human resource managementPrivacy, GDPR, and HR/sustainability reporting preparation are part of the rolePersonal Qualities:Passionate about peopleExcellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skillsCompetence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the companyAble to coach and guideRequirements:Degree in Human Resources or related fieldKnowledge of HR systems (GPS/SAP HR) and databasesAbility to architect strategy along with leadership skillsIn-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practicesPrevious experience in HR of minimum 5 yearsInternal and External Contacts/Customers:All business stakeholders at a local and international level #J-18808-Ljbffr
