HR Manager Assa Abloy Entrance Systems Italy Assa Abloy Entrance Systems Italy is looking for an HR manager that can support the local organization on strategic and operational projects taking care of all HR processes.
Our local HR manager it's a pillar for the local organization in terms of supporting cultural change and improvement. It's also part of the supervisory board to make sure all the regulations and compliance requirements are guaranteed within the Italian legal entity.
The role reports directly to the local General Manager.
Main responsibilities:
Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall Assa Abloy Entrance Systems Strategy Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues Managing the recruitment and selection process Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems (GPS), tactics, and procedures across the organization Nurturing a positive working environment Overseeing and managing the performance appraisal system that drives high performance Maintaining pay plan and benefits program Assessing and organizing training sessions locally. Guarantees also the deployment of international training programs Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management Privacy, GDPR, and HR/sustainability reporting preparation are part of the role Personal Qualities

Degree in Human Resources or related field Knowledge of HR systems (GPS/SAP HR) and databases Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices Previous experience in HR of minimum 5 years Internal and External Contacts/Customers:
