HR Manager

In this role He/She will join the HR team supporting Operations, After Sales, Supply Chain, Finance and Legal to partner with the Leaders in these Departments and translate the business needs and priorities into HR actions. In particular, the business is undergoing a deep organizational and cultural transformation. During this journey He/She will become a trusted advisor for your internal clients, coaching them to make the best decisions as people leaders and change agents, while enhancing our "Haier Attitudes" (Entrepreneurship, IoT, Zero distance) culture. Teamwork with his/her peers and HR digital tools will be fundamental assets for him/her to leverage towards success.
What you will do
Main Activities
- Partner with Leaders to identify, prioritize and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures and processes. Actively coach managers in people management practices
- Define and drive a performance culture in line with Haier Attitude traits. Be a change agent, to enable the transformation, the growth and the development of our people and business.
- Manage and monitor HR processes, focus on operational Employee Relations, implementation of organizational design, Talent & Performance, Culture & Engagement agendas, programs and practices.
- Develop strong relationships with HR team globally, Talent Acquisition, C&B, L&D, Payroll to implement and constantly improve processes and share best practices.
- Ensure compliance with employment related laws and regulations; support rollout of compliance initiatives and provide counsel to management in regards to local employment law and legislation changes.
- Ensure that the HR systems are aligned and reflect the organizations you support. Analyze data and provide recommendations, improve processes, employee engagement and policy alignment across the business.
What you need to succeed
Requirement:
Must Have
- Degree in Economics, Human Resources Management, Law or similar
- HR background +/- 5 years of experience, preferably in a multinational product Company.
- Some previous experience as HR Generalist in multinational and complex organizations
- At his/her ease in an international and multicultural environmental
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Self starter, result oriented and able to organize work independently
- Able to engage stakeholders at different level in the organization
- Simplification mindset
- Resilient and able to deliver in fast changing environment, being able to take decisions quickly under pressure
- Able to properly handle confidential and sensitive information
- Flexible, open minded, fair, and balanced judgment
- Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage and present data to provide context for data driven decision making
- Digital mindset with good command of HR Information Systems and Microsoft Office skill (proficient in Excel)
