**YOUR ROLE & MISSION**
You work in a dynamic, fast-growing environment and you enjoy a high degree of freedom of action in alignment with the global HR strategy. You are managing HR topics at 360° in the site and you are also participating in designing and implementing international HR policies and processes. You will report to the Global HR Director and you will join an international HR-Team.
**Your job and main tasks**:
- Counsel and support employees and managers in all personnel-related matters;
- Boost the recruitment strategy in a fast-growing company and manage the integration process for new employees;
- Manage the payroll process in conjunction with external partners;
- Take care of HR admin tasks (work contracts, administrative files, declarations, etc.);
- Manage relations with Unions, discuss and implement agreements, take care of disciplinary issues and ensure compliance with regulations;
- Work closely with Global communication department to implement communication and engagement activities in the site;
- Collaborate with the EHS department to ensure compliance with safety requirements and develop a "safety culture";
- Participate in various cross-functional HR projects (collective agreement, HR digitalization, HRIS, etc.);
- Manage all main HR processes (performance evaluation, salary review, etc.);
- Support in designing training courses;
- Promotion and participation to Global initiatives and projects (e.g. Diversity and Inclusion, Talent Development, Work-life balance, etc.);
- Interface with external bodies (employment centre, public authorities, etc.);
- Supporting McPhy strategy by contributing to the achievement of business objectives and the development of the organisational culture.
**Your profile**
- University degree with a focus on human resources management or similar
- Several years of relevant professional experience in HR, ideally in a fast-growing company
- Expertise in the Italian labor law
- Factual fluency in English (full B2 level as a minimum is a must)
- Ability to work autonomously and with a proactive approach
- High sense of confidentiality/discretion
- Ability to create links and trust, to listen, develop collaborative work with other stakeholders
- Respect and promote diversity - intercultural awareness
- Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of Zucchetti Infinity would be a plus
