HR MANAGER Target The Candidate will play a key role supporting the Direction in the management of the HR Department in an international, innovative and constantly growing context, in which employees are made part of the company project and are called to give their contribution on an individual and team level.
Main Responsibilities Co-ordination and supervision of the Global HR Team (4/5 HR Admin) Central contact for external payroll services Collect and account data for monthly payroll of the Swiss branch Documentation & filing of salary and personnel data Correspondence and issuing of certificates with / for the authorities Preparation of all contractual documents (for the Employees' entire lifecycle) Administration of employees and executives Project assistance in close collaboration with HR Team and/or CFO Direct control of the attendance tracking system of the Headquarters Employees and supervision of attendances of all other branches employees (holiday, illness etc.) Issuing of reference letters Support Controlling Dpt. in budgeting process, reports and personnel KPI analysis Preparation of Sales Commissions plans and calculation of achievements in collaboration with Controlling Dpt. HR processes definition and integration among the various Group Companies Qualification Knowledge of payroll processing, income tax and social security High level of service orientation and proactiveness MS Office (in particular Word and Excel) Requirements Bachelor's degree in related field. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience Coming from an international environment English language knowledge Precision and attention to detail Habit of communicating with stakeholders at various levels and of different nationalities. Problem solving skills Willing to travel worldwide to visit Group branches Location: Provincia di Novara
