The HR Manager, directly reporting to the Country Manager and supported by an HR Generalist, will be responsible for all the HR topics within the Italian organization.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for managers and employees on all HR matters, serving as a trusted advisor to the Country Manager within the Management Team, supporting company growthTogether with the HR Generalist, manage day-to-day HR operations covering employees' full life cycle, and including master data maintenance, monitoring and applying social legislation, recruitment, onboarding or employee exitsBe responsible for payroll cycle (supported by an external trustee) and partial time managementGenerate innovative ideas for enhancing recruitment, employee retention, and professional development (e.g. coaching of managers and creation of a training framework)Streamline workflows and improve process standards, including updating existing company guidelinesParticipate in HR projects, collaborating closely with Corporate HR and be part of our Global HR CommunityOrganize employee events and workshopsRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.Over 5 years of proven HR Generalist and HR Business Partner experience, well-versed in HR practices and leadership skills, preferably within sales & service branches of international companiesExperience with labor unions relationshipsEnjoy HR projects, recruitment and personnel administration as well as counselling managers and employeesCuriosity and business orientation. Willingness to coach, empower and support the line managers and the team members.Strong communication, teamwork, and service skillsAbility to handle confidential information with discretionProactive and adaptable personalityExperienced in working with IT systems, MS Office and ideally Zucchetti & WorkdayFluent Italian and very good command of English.Flexibility to travel around Italy and to other countries (15% of the time)
