The HR Manager , directlyreporting to the Country Manager and supported by an HR Generalist , will beresponsible for all the HR topics within the Italian organization.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for managers and employees on all HR matters, serving as a trusted advisor to the Country Manager within the Management Team, supporting company growth Together with the HR Generalist, manage day-to-day HR operations covering employees' full life cycle, and including master data maintenance, monitoring and applying social legislation, recruitment, onboarding or employee exits Be responsible for payroll cycle (supported by an external trustee) and partial time management Generate innovative ideas for enhancing recruitment, employee retention, and professional development (. coaching of managers and creation of a training framework) Streamline workflows and improve process standards, including updating existing company guidelines Participate in HR projects, collaborating closely with Corporate HR and be part of our Global HR Community Organize employee events and workshops Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. Over 5 years of proven HR Generalist and HR Business Partner experience , well-versed in HR practices and leadership skills, preferably within sales & service branches of international companies Experience with labor unions relationships Enjoy HR projects, recruitment and personnel administration as well as counselling managers and employees Curiosity and business orientation. Willingness to coach, empower and support the line managers and the team members. Strong communication, teamwork, and service skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Proactive and adaptable personality Experienced in working with IT systems, MS Office and ideally Zucchetti & Workday Fluent Italian and very good command of English. Flexibility to travel around Italy and to other countries (15% of the time) Work location: North of Milan
