We are looking for an HR Manager to lead the Human resources team in Milan and oversee our F&B outlets ,4 already opened inside Gran Melià Palazzo Cordusio (Sachi, Giardino Cordusio, Gioia Pasticceria and Isola) and 2 new openings soon (SUSHISAMBA and Mia).
Main responsibilities • Verifies HR policies and procedures ensuring their conformity with the Italian labour law and the company.
• Management of Employee Relations, contracts and reports.
Address employee concerns, grievances, and disputes, fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Furnishing the Payroll Office with all information necessary for the preparation of payroll and other calculations.
• Controlling staff time Management and monitoring leaves balances.
• Analyse and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Lead recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Administration of the Company's HR System, and ensuring its smooth and accurate Operation and update.
• Implementation and monitoring of performance appraisal systems, and assist in identifying training and development needs.
• Respond to questions, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies and guidelines • Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees • Assists management in Occupational Health and Safety meetings and practices • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management, tracking HR metrics and KPIs to support decision-making You can learn more about our company: # • Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration • Minimum 5 years' experience as HR Manager • Experience in HR in hospitality (ideally in restaurants) • Good knowledge of the Italian labour law • Fluent in Italian and English • Experience working with international companies.
