Who We Are in Genoa - Italy:
Genoa office is one of the Hitachi Rail headquarters in Italy.
In Genoa Hitachi Rail employees roughly 600 people, mostly engineers, who are developing signalling technologies at the state of the art.
Thanks to our innovations and expertise, commitment and dedication we rank among the best railway technology provider of the Industry, delivering our products to Ferrovie Italiane, RFI as well as to the rest of the world.
The Genoa offices are located in the area of Sampierdarena, an excellent position where is easy to reach the airport, train stations and local transport.
**_ Mission_**: Contribute in the execution of various global and local entity people
management policies/processes related to recruiting, training,
performance management, compensation & benefit management,
etc.
**Accountabilities will include but are not limited to**:
- Ensure the compliance with budgetary requirements - financial, headcount, labour costs and other, supporting worldwide markets
- Support the implementation of organizational & development requirements to drive a positive, engaging, motivating culture aimed at employee satisfaction and business results
- Contribute to resource development management at local entity level
- Participate in management of all legal and industrial labour compliance ensuring within local entity that all people are treated with dignity, respect, understanding and fairness
- Participate in company change process by supporting and executing the development of cultural contexts to accommodate
- Group and local entity plans
- Assist development and execution of appropriate internal and external communication plans
**Required Skills/ Knowledge**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law or related field
- Previous experience as HR Manager in a engineering company (10 years minimum)
- Excellent english profiency
- Good knowledge of local labour laws and Italian sector related national labour contract
- Good experience in industrial relations
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing having experience in organizing and leading meetings with different departments with a proactive approach involving all level of personnel
- Basic knowledge of people development methods and technics
- Basic experience in recruiting activities and knowledge of recruiting methods and technics
