What you would do as our HR Manager: Support the local organization on strategic and operational projects taking care of all HR processes.
Act as a pillar for the local organization in terms of supporting cultural change and improvement.
Be part of the supervisory board to ensure all regulations and compliance requirements are met within the Italian legal entity.
Report directly to the local General Manager.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues, and manage the recruitment and selection process.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems (GPS), tactics, and procedures across the organization.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program, assess and organize training sessions locally, and guarantee the deployment of international training programs.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management, including privacy, GDPR, and HR/sustainability reporting preparation.
The skills and experience you need: Degree in Human Resources or related field.
Knowledge of HR systems (GPS/SAP HR) and databases.
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Fluent English and Italian language skills.
