What you would do as our HR Manager. We want someone that can support the local organization on strategic and operational projects taking care of all HR processes.
Our local HR manager is a pillar for the local organization in terms of supporting cultural change and improvement.
It's also part of the supervisory board to ensure all regulations and compliance requirements are guaranteed within the Italian legal entity.
The role reports directly to the local General Manager.
You would also: Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues, and manage the recruitment and selection process.Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems (GPS), tactics, and procedures across the organization.Maintain pay plans and benefits programs, assess and organize training sessions locally, and guarantee the deployment of international training programs.Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management, including privacy, GDPR, and HR/sustainability reporting preparation as part of the role.The skills and experience you need We are looking for someone who has:
