What you'll do
As a HR Manager you will join the mill management team and ensure HR partnership for the UPM Specialty Papers Jämsänkoski mill.
You will ensure a business-driven people agenda for your responsibility area as well as high quality people processes.
You will get to work with an experienced team that actively contributes to growing the Specialty Papers business.- Coordinate implementation of UPM people strategy and people processes, and ensure that line management is up-to-date and informed about UPM HR processes and policies- Support managers and provide HR solutions to achieve business targets- Coordinate people-related change and development programs or initiatives across your responsibility area- Be responsible for mill-level implementation of the Specialty Papers collective labour agreement and participate in developing the agreement further
Who you are
- You have a relevant university level degree
- You have a good knowledge of Finnish labour law and labour relations
- You have experience in implementing people processes for example in the areas of resourcing & recruitment, talent development, leadership and competence development, engagement, and performance or rewards
- You have skills in translating concepts into practical action plans and enjoy seeing them through to implementation
- You communicate fluently both in Finnish and in English and you have great networking, communication, coaching and influencing skills
- You are enthusiastic about change management, leadership development and organizational development
