Position Summary Role and Responsibilities As HR Management Support, you will be requested to provide assistance to HR Management in day-to-day operations.
In particular, you will be supporting the HR Manager in the talent acquisition process ensuring the proper response to the assisted customers in terms of searches quality and timing.
You will be supporting job descriptions editing/updating, candidates screening/contacting, planning and scheduling interviews, liaising with Shared Service Service based outside Italy, and you will be gaining familiarity with Workday Platform.
You will be addressing queries and issues of colleagues as needed and be supporting the effective implementations of key HR processes run at SEI from onboarding to offboarding.
You will offer a helping hand in keeping an eye on all contract deadlines and probationary period assessments ensuring their timely management.
You will also be chanced to get acquainted with our Learning & Development Management by supporting the coordination of training and development programs, which includes scheduling training sessions and entering accurate attendance tracking in the proprietary learning tool, as needed.
A support in Learning & Development Vendors administrative management (invoices checking) will be also part of your activity.
