In such a dynamic and motivating context, we are offering an Internship opportunity in our Human Resource Department, within the HR Administration & Management Team.
The Intern will support the team in providing HR Services in the following main activities:
Hiring process (set up contracts and documents related to personnel; internal and external communication; etc.). Support the HR Information Systems' maintenance and accuracy. Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data both for internal and external clients. Manage employees' requests. Profile Technical Skills: Master's degree Knowledge of Italian labor laws and regulations as a plus Excellent use of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) Knowledge of SAP HR/ SAP SuccessFactors/ HR Managements tools as a plus Fluency in Italian and English Soft skills: Planning and Organization Customer Orientation Communication Integrity & Trust Teamworking Flexibility Proactivity
