Hr Learning&Development - Stage

Publicis Groupe Italy Talent Team is looking for an HR Learning&Development Intern (stage) for our Milan offices!
In particular, you will be able to contribute to:
Scheduling organizational tasks (calendar, invites, pre and post survey, results analysis…) for our internal courses and academies manage classroom moments (tutoring) and pre/post activities (invitations, surveys) create and maintain relationships with internal and external contacts support performance management activities update reporting in response to local and global requests Qualifications If you have: Bachelor or Master Degree (HR Master will be considered a plus) Good knowledge of Office suite (Excel mainly) Good knowledge of presentation tools (Powerpoint, Canva) Good knowledge of English language  If you are: Strong in organizational and project management skills Passionate for learning and development topics, constantly looking for new solutions and trends A great team player, highly collaborative and flexible working style Proactive and willing to bring your value and leave your sign A natural enthusiast person
