The People Organisation (PO) Lead Business Partner supports the Italian Logistics Business and works in close partnership with the senior leadership team to develop and execute the local and overall HR strategy and roadmap supporting the growth and health of the organization in Zalando.
The PO Lead Business Partner will also lead Zalando-wide projects and support implementations and processes.

Therefore, a good knowledge in payroll topics, employee life cycle management, and local labour law are key skills.
The PO Lead Business Partner will manage and oversee an HR team of currently one PO Business Partner.You will partner with the site management and various business stakeholders to achieve business objectives and lead your team towards meeting their targets and ensure the successful processing of local and overall HR tasks.
