We are looking for an intern for our Human Resources Team for at least 6 months.
You will help to manage the recruiting process of our internships in Bolzano and Montebelluna and give a hand in the internal communication related to HR and personnel topics.
Tasks and responsibilities Support in the management of all internships (contacting candidates, administration, onboarding, follow up) Assist in the internal communication related to HR and personnel topics (preparation of texts/news, translations, upload of news on the intranet) Help in updating the Group's org charts General support in various HR projects/administrative tasks (company events, update of HR software with employee data, etc.)
Profile University student or degree in economics or related fields First working experience is considered an advantage Very good Italian and English skills Good oral and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal skills Strong ability to work in a team Standard Excel, Word and Outlook competencies Workplace: Bolzano, IT If you are interested to work in a challenging, international and dynamic environment then apply now!
