As an exclusive partner of other brands in the sports sector we offer our entire know how in communication, sales and image building. We are a team of more than 1000 employees in 11 countries worldwide – a group of adventurers and dreamers, mountaineers, looking for their next peak. We are looking for an intern for our Human Resources Team for at least 6 months.You will help to manage the recruiting process of our internships in Bolzano and Montebelluna and give a hand in the internal communication related to HR and personnel topics.Tasks and responsibilitiesSupport in the management of all internships (contacting candidates, administration, onboarding, follow up)Assist in the internal communication related to HR and personnel topics (preparation of texts/news, translations, upload of news on the intranet)Help in updating the Group's org chartsGeneral support in various HR projects/administrative tasks (company events, update of HR software with employee data, etc.)ProfileUniversity student or degree in economics or related fieldsFirst working experience is considered an advantageVery good Italian and English skillsGood oral and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and interpersonal skillsStrong ability to work in a teamStandard Excel, Word and Outlook competenciesWorkplace: Bolzano, ITIf you are interested to work in a challenging, international and dynamic environment then apply now! Brands of Oberalp-Group
