Position Summary We're looking for a trainee for a project of Internship Human Resources in Arco (TN) Italy location.


Internship Goals Opportunity to acquire skills in HR department within a multinational company, supporting the HR team in carrying out activities in the following areas: Training, Recruiting, Data Administration and Management, Report Processing. Skills Acquired - Company's training process knowledge - Recruiting process knowledge in relation to trainees - Working in a multicultural environment where English knowledge is required to interface with all areas of the company - Priority and time management - Organization - Analytical skills - Problem solving Starting Requirements New Graduate / Graduating Student in Humanities – Economics – LawEnglish knowledge Interest in working in a dynamic and international environment Personal Characteristics: Excellent interpersonal skillsOffice package knowledgeAbility to interact and work within a multifunctional teamCuriosity, proactivity and flexibility Accuracy and analytical skills Company Canteen and  expense refund (600 euros per month)
