POSITION OVERVIEW:
The HR Intern will support on various Human Resources including people development, recruitment, mobility, training and performance management.
ACTIVITIES:
- Support the recruitment process (Linkedin recruiter access)
- Support the follow up of People Management processes: provide support to managers and employees to effectively implement the Performance Management System (including Objectives, Performance Assessment, Feedback and Development Action planning and implementation).
- Support implementation of company social network and internal communications
- Support Training & Development department
- Work closely with all Human Resources team related areas
- HR KPI and DATA MANAGEMENT (Qlik, Power BI, Excel)
SKILLS & EDUCATION
University Degree in social sciences or equivalent is required for this role.
Master Degree in Human Resources Management is preferable
Good command of English (written and spoken)
Good command of excel
Good Interpersonal skills
Must be able to work on own initiative
Must have the ability to listen
Good communication skills
Ability to create and maintain an atmosphere in which people communicate easily and effectively
