APPLICATION CLOSING DATE: October 7th 2024 The Human Technopole Foundation (HT) is an interdisciplinary research institute, created and supported by the Italian government, whose aim is to develop innovative strategies to promote human health and healthy aging through a multidisciplinary and integrated approach, combining genomics, computational biology, structural biology, neuroscience and health data science.
HT scientists work together to enable interdisciplinary research and to create an open, collaborative environment to help promote life science research nationally and internationally.
In line with its mission to serve the research community at large, HT operates National Facilities, specifically aimed at making HT's technologies, methods and tools available to the national scientific community.
The Human Technopole Foundation offers a Extracurricular Internship opportunity within the Human Resources Team.
In collaboration with the reference Tutor and the HR team, you will be involved and will provide support to all the main HR processes, with a specific focus on data analysis.
Your main tasks and responsibilities: Assist in the development and implementation of a talent dashboard and talent score card; Support with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties in HR related back-office activities; Support in drafting the organizational chart and keep it updated; Database management activities.
Mandatory requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering Management (Ingegneria Gestionale), or currently awaiting thesis discussion (N.B.
since this is an extracurricular internship, candidates currently enrolled in a degree program and/or post-graduate education will not be considered eligible); Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365; Fluency both in Italian and English (min.
B1 level).
Preferred requirements: Master's Degree or post-graduate formation in HR; Ability to use digital tools (IT Protocol Software and SAP).
Organizational and social skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to work with deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks, without losing the eye for details; At ease with data analysis; Hands-on approach and teamwork attitude; Result oriented, proactivity and flexibility; Problem solving and "can-do" attitude.
