Within the Human Resources organization based in Bologna, as HR stagier you will perform the following activities:
Support the Business Partner community in the deployment of the People Management Cycle process
Support newcomers induction plan
Support organization and delivery of the training plan; monitor Site training expenses; support the delivery of Public Funds program;
Provide support on reporting and administrative tasks
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Able to work in an international and multicultural environment
Very good command of Microsoft Office (mainly Excel) skills
Good communication skills
Ability to properly handle confidential and HR sensitive information
Fluent in English
