Webuild is looking for an International HR Mobility Specialist for its Headquarters in Milan.
Responsibilities:
Researching and Selecting personnel for International Operations (EU expatriates), handling both the proposal and negotiation phase;
International Personnel Management: Managing all aspects of the establishment, maintenance, and termination of employment for the Group's expatriate (EU) personnel;
Monitoring the availability of resources within commissioned projects and where possible and necessary, organising activities in preparation for the relocation of personnel (internal mobility);
European Expatriate Personnel Administration: Working out remuneration packages, drafting letters of appointment and contracts, dealing with pre-employment and pre-expatriation formalities, interacting with external payroll service, carrying out labour cost analysis tasks;
Providing HR-related support to commissioned projects;
Supporting the Tender Department with HR tasks relating to prequalification and tender.
Requirements:
3+ years experience in both administration and management, preferably in companies with production based on project commissioning and large numbers of expatriate employees;
Teamworking skills;
Experience in managing expatriate personnel (HR-related issues, mobility, etc.);
Knowledge of the various areas of administration (preparation of expatriate remuneration package, contract management);
Excellent knowledge of Excel;
Fluent in English;
Availability to travel abroad.
