Job Responsibilities: 1.
Assist in interview arrangement and coordination.
2.
Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
3.
Assist in supporting and organizing training project.
4.
Assist in the development and organization of various activities.
5.
Assist in organizing teambuilding activities and reimbursing expenses.
6.
Assist HR department in preparing report materials.
7.
Assist HR department in data analysis and document translation.
8.
Communicate with other departments as a coordinator.
Qualifications: Currently pursuing a Bachelors or a Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
Excellent time management abilities capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn HRIS software.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience or coursework in HR is a plus but not required.
Fluent in Italian and Chinese.
